I am co-op student working my first year in the Assurance department

What do you like most about working at DDL?

I enjoy learning the hands-on work that you do not see in school and the community that DDL has built, which is very welcoming.

Why did you choose the accounting field?

I have always liked working with numbers so becoming an accountant was a pretty easy decision for me. Providing assistance to people who need the help and support has always been a passion of mine, so working in the accounting field has allowed me to combine my two specialties

What’s an inspirational quotes or ideas you live by?

A quote that I live by is from Jeff Bezos, “I knew that if I failed, I wouldn’t regret that, but I knew the one thing that I might regret is not trying.”

What hobbies do you enjoy away from work?

Outside of work, I love to play volleyball, pool, cards, go to the gym and watch movies.

What’s your favorite chocolate bar & why?

My favorite chocolate bar is Oh Henry because I like the mix of caramel and peanuts.

What’s your favorite show & why?

My favorite show is Breaking Bad because of how many twists and turns the storyline gives.
